EPAH TRAINING (Exercise, Performance and Health) pride ourselves on not only making people fit, we aim to have full wheel of fitness and health inside and outside the gym.
Our aim to improve performance in fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, power and speed. The results we provide are universal and repeatable and it works for EVERYONE.
We have people from all walks of life coming through our doors on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Old and young, Fit and deconditioned, all training together at the same time performing the same movements and cheering each other onto greater success and levels of performance.
It is not magic, with your hard work and our experienced coaching the results will follow.

THE GYM
We provide a varied, high intensity, functional fitness programme which constantly changes. The sole focus isn't moving faster & heavier, however we emphasise the importance of correct technique to aid proper mechanics. Our coaches ensure workout intensity is achieved for all individuals that enter the gym, regardless of age or experience. This means workouts can be tailored for individuals who may struggle with certain movements to still provide the same stimulus, making our programme's accessible to all abilities.
